Space 227 is a studio space located in downtown Charleston that is available for rent on a daily/nightly basis. Our mission is to provide photographers, artists and musicians a place they can use for whatever form of creative expression they choose. Whether it be photography, music, acting, stand-up, our studio provides you with the tools and space you'll need and at a reasonable price.
For live performances, the space can hold a maximum of 50, 35 comfortably seated. Space 227 is the perfect place for intimate gatherings for art shows, workshops, classes, portrait photography, music rehearsals, movie screenings, tutorials, meetings, conferences, presentations, parties & so much more!
